About The Place

Perfect for a visiting scholar or incoming student, this home is fully furnished with all the basics ready! Built in 1972, but renovated recently with new flooring, paint, roof, appliances, etc., as a U of I alumni, my goal is to provide a safe, reliable, and convenient space for a inevitably stressed students. The garage has two wall-mounted work benches, ample shelving, and can fit a small sedan; the driveway can fit 2-cars comfortably. There's in-floor heating (gas) and cooling, 1 GB/s fiber connection, and trash/recycling service every Wednesday morning. Internet and trash are included, sewage/water and gas/electric are not. The backyard is fully fenced in (perfect for a small dog!); a lawnmower is provided with batteries, or optionally, a lawn service can come biweekly for $70/mo. Note that many of the items in the photos are from the previous tenant and will not be there upon move-in.

• Substances: No drugs or smoking.
• Cleanliness: Be reasonably clean.
• Pets: Pets are fine, but just be sure to clean up after them (preference for cats/smaller animals).
